Throughout my life, I've always been that girl to reach for the crunchiest chip or burnt cookie. Something about the extra crunch, and sometimes off putting taste, that made me want it more.

Less than 20 minutes of your life and you'll be enjoying this Peanut Butter Cookie Chip dusted Cacao Cookie Crumble Ball.
- 2 cup dates
- 1 cup crushed Peanut Butter Cookie Chips
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Place dates in a medium bowl, cover with warm water, and let soak for 5 minutes to soften and then drain.
- Add drained dates, vanilla extract, sea salt, and 1/2 cup of the crushed Peanut Butter Cookie Chips into a food processor and pulse until completely mixed. (Scraping mixture off the walls of the food processor to continue to combine.)
To form balls, press mixture into a small ice cream scoop, then roll in between your palms to form evenly sized bites. Continue until mixture is gone (makes roughly 15 balls). Lightly roll formed balls into the remaining crumbled Peanut Butter Cookie Chips for texture.
