Everyone loves the taste of cookie dough, but not everyone loves the raw ingredients. I have created the most delicious and healthy mimic cookie dough bites- without the raw eggs and loads of butter. These cookie dough bites will have your taste buds in heaven. This recipe uses wholesome ingredients and is also gluten free and dairy free! Oh, did I also mention it will be take you about 4 minutes to make these bomb cookie dough bites and they have only 5 ingredients! GET IT GOING.
1-Cup GF Rolled Oats
½ Cup Organic Peanut Butter- I used Wild Friends
5-6 GF Chocolate Chip Cookie Chips
¼ Cup Almond Milk- I used New Barn
1 Scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- Blend all ingredients in your blender
- Take a spoon and roll them up!
- Crush up extra GF Chocolate Chip Cookies and sprinkle on top for a little extra crunch
